　　 FIR Metals&resource., Ltd. (FIR for short), founded on April 27^th, 2006, is a Sino-foreign joint venture with import & export rights. Its shareholders are Yanling Gaoli Rare Metal Materials Co., Ltd. and NIOTAN LIMITED. FIR mainly produces and processes tantalum bars, tantalum plates (ingots), tantalum boats, tantalum tungsten, niobium tungsten, niobium nickel and tantalum niobium high-temperature alloys. In addition, FIR is engaged in the import and export business of non-ferrous metal mineral raw materials and products, such as tantalum niobium, W, Mo, Co, V, Ni, Be and hard alloys.
